Parents who seek this sacrament for their infants/young children should be registered and regular practicing members of Saint Philip for a minimum of three months.
God parents should be active Catholics.
We offer a Baptismal Preparation session at which, time and dates are arranged and details discussed. Please contact the parish office 503-623-2440 for more details

The next First Holy Communion ceremony will be May 6, 2023 at the 5:30 Mass.
This is a 2 year process and regular attendance is required.
To participate in First Communion preparation class, children must be enrolled in Religious Education the previous year.

Notification of the parish is required six months in advance of the planned date.
One of the couple must be an active and registered parishioner who attends Mass on a regular basis and participates in parish activities.
